A 2-jaw puller is always used in situations where there is insuffi- cient space for a 3-jaw puller. The puller must be centrally positioned for center shafts. If the shaft is not centered, pul- ling with parallel jaws may re- sult asymmetrical pulling. The jaws must be set firmly and completely against the cross-beam. If there are several parts to be pulled, always remove them one-by-one. Never remove se- veral parts simultaneously. If there is adequate free space around the part, we recom- mend a 3-jawpuller for optimal force distribution. For use with mechanical KUKKO pullers from size 3. The auxiliary grease hydraulic rams are a good tool for significantly increasing the pressure when removing very secure parts. The hydraulic rams are simply secured between the spindle and shaft with the mechanical spindle. No conversion of the puller is needed!
